Large diameter freezing cylinder facilitates extremely fast freezing time, resulting in very small ice crystal formation. Clear acrylic freezing cylinder cover allows monitoring of product while freezing. Thorough mixing of variegates and particulates unachievable in horizontal barrels. Time controlled freezing cycles.
